Policy Overview

Overview

Recognizing public acceptability is a crucial pre-requisite to any policy implementation. We work with policymakers to deliver measures that are publicly palatable while producing the behavioral shifts and changes to road use necessary to achieve the desired outcomes.

At CTC, we help define organisational change and policy initiatives—including demand management, parking, and road user pricing—that support widespread use of bus networks. We advise on governance and policy that can enable a coordinated approach to bus network operations, on-street infrastructure, ticketing, information, branding, and customer care.
