With a strong background in urban development, governance, gender mainstreaming, M&E, and as Honorary Secretary of the Zambia Institute of Planners, he brings deep expertise in aligning urban growth, land management, and community needs critical to planning safe, inclusive, and sustainable urban mobility systems.
